In the waning days of the 2010s, three teenagers in their final years of high school realise that their lives are not perfect. The three are melancholic, apathetic, and of the general right-wing persuasion that accompanied young white males in the latter half of the 2010s. The trio strive to self improve, but have little hope for the future, expressing disenchantment with the world around them. Childish follows a fictionalised depiction of the loosely defined yet incredibly pervasive group of people known as the 'alt-right', and attempts to display their world views and how they came to be.
