These poems are a reflection of my journey through life and attempting to understand the universe as it unfolds. After the passing of my mother, I became a shell of the person as my world shattered into pieces. My experiences led to the creation of poetry, short stories and artwork to fill the emptiness in my heart. I rise and stand tall looking forward to the future guided by the light through the winds of change growing ever stronger in the conviction that the memories and lessons from my love ones forever shine through my words and art.
