To anyone who has ever had a voice in their head tell them they aren't good enough; just know that voice is wrong. This book is about what the monster inside of my mind took from me. It is also about how I slayed that monster and learned that I didn't need it anymore. Because an eating disorder is a toxic relationship that you can't stop craving. It's a relationship that is so bad for you, it lies to you and tells you that you can't live without it. This book shows my journey to recovery and will hopefully help you with yours.
