The story of Dio is more than just an ordinary rock documentary. Dreamers Never Die beautifully portrays both Dio's powerful voice and his gentle heart. The film shows the singer's incredible evolution from 1950s doo-wop crooner to his early rock days with Ritchie Blackmore's RAINBOW, as a replacement for Ozzy Osbourne in BLACK SABBATH and finally as a rock star in his own right with DIO.

Dreamers Never Die is the first documentary to be authorized by the artist's estate, and features never-before-seen footage and personal photos from Dio's archives, as well as intimate scenes with his closest colleagues, family and friends, including Wendy Dio, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, Bill Ward, Vinny Appice, Lita Ford, Rob Black Eddie, Trunkach.

In addition to the feature film, this version contains a 20-minute selection of deleted and extended scenes from the cutting room.
