Recorded in L.A. at the New Temple Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. James Cleveland & the Southern California Community Choir, this 1972 live double-LP not only became Aretha's best selling album, but also the best selling live gospel album of all time (and a Grammy winner, too). If you somehow don't own this ineffably powerful performance (Aretha was never more soul stirring than this), this the time to act, as this release is on 180-gram double-vinyl: Mary Don't You Weep: Old Landmark: How I Got Over: What a Friend We Have in Jesus: Amazing Grace: Precious Memories: Wholy Holy: You'll Never Walk Alone: God Will Take Care of You, and more!
