10th anniversary edition of Bon Iver's sophomore album.

Bon Iver's self-titled second album is an award-winning indie masterpiece that presented a radical shift away from the stripped down, singer/songwriter-driven debut album, For Emma, Forever Ago . The debut became not just a sensation, but a defining work for the 00s, and many artists would probably feel obligated to keep in line with the original outing after such a massive success. Instead, Justin Vernon expanded the solo project to become a band project with far greater musical scope and complexity. In many ways, the band's second album Bon Iver is the most quint-essential Bon Iver album. Here the foundations were laid for one of the most original and innovative bands on the world stage. A band that constantly and curiously challenges the norms.

The 10 year anniversary release of Bon Iver features the 10 original tracks + 5 special versions from the band's 2012 Air Studios 4AD / Jagjaguwar session. In addition, the anniversary edition features new artwork and an in-depth essay.
