Fantastic, 51-track, 2-CD collection - an addition to the new 'Classics & Collectibles' range. 2004 marks the fifth anniversary of Dusty's death; since March 1999, there has been an abundance of CD releases - it's hard to believe there's anything left to be issued - but not only does Classics And Collectibles offer, in many cases for the first time on CD, the original mono mixes of the majority of her hits but it also includes some of her finest non-hit performances, some re-mixed favorites and many tracks previously unreleased in the UK. Includes top 10 hits - I Close My Eyes And Count To Ten, Goin' Back and You Don't Have To Say You Love Me, which gave Dusty her only Number One in the UK. Also features They Long To Be, Close To You (recorded years before the Carpenters' version) in a previously unreleased remix form.
