UB40's first recordings arrived at the height of the DIY movement in postpunk England, when independent labels flourished. Many of the songs on this collection later appeared on their first album "Signing Off", but this unique disc compiles the tracks of the singles that lead to that release. Included is the single versions of "The Earth Dies Screaming", "Dream A Lie", "Tyler" and "King". 11 total tracks. EMI. 2004.
