A brand new hip-hop artist on the scene with a catchy name and endless potential, the richly talented Bama Slamma Burns is bound to turn a few heads with his original sound and musical chops. Originally from Alabama, Bama Slamma was raised in the Dirty South on Southern hip-hop and developed his own unique style along the way. He recently relocated to Miami and drew the attention of the Incarcerated imprint who invited him to record some demos in order to see if he'd be a good fit for their organization. The production team at Incarcerated were immediately blown away by Bama's music, his work ethic and how relaxed he was in the studio. Now a full fledged member of the Incarcerated family, Bama has released his first single, "I'm Feeling Myself," a nod to the artist Waka Flocka Flame who Bama was heavily influenced by when he was first coming up in the early 2010s. The debut single features three exclusive mixes including bonus instrumental and acappella takes. If this first single is any indication, expect to hear a lot more from this exciting new artist in 2023. .
