Recorded during the explosive 1990 “Gutter” tour, Madness Reigns From The Gutter (1990) showcases the classic lineup of Jon Oliva, Criss Oliva, Chris Caffery, Johnny Lee Middleton, and Steve “Doc” Wacholz delivering a fierce and theatrical performance packed with intensity, musicianship, and raw power. Featuring fan-favorite tracks such as “Hall Of The Mountain King,” “When The Crowds Are Gone,” “Gutter Ballet,” and “Power Of The Night,” the live recording captures Savatage at what many longtime fans consider the band’s absolute peak on stage.
